Exhibition of work by Austrian artist Siegfried Anzinger (b. 1953, Weyer). Although he is generally regarded as a member of the German Neue Wilden (Neo-Expressionists), his work is less ironic and caricatured, and more lyrical and expressive than theirs. His themes are animals, madonnas and erotic tableaux, all executed in an identical format and on identical paper, in a splendid watercolour technique combined with pencil and charcoal.
