Due to high demand, access to the museum is only possible with a reservation.


Time slots
To make your visit as pleasant as possible, we work with time slots that start every 30 minutes. We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your reserved time slot.

Discount card
Do you have a discount card, such as the Museumkaart or the VriendenLoterij VIP-KAART? Don't forget to bring it with you. Are you visiting the museum with a Stork Pass or Rotterdam Pass? Then please report to the box office first.

Note: It may take 20 to 30 minutes before you receive your ticket(s) in your mailbox.
