To all visitors,
As a result of the extra measures introduced by the government, we will unfortunately be closed again from Thursday 5 November. As things now stand, we expect to remain closed for two weeks, and reopen on Thursday 19 November.
If you have bought a ticket to visit the museum in the next two weeks, you will have received an email with instructions on how to claim a refund, change the date of your visit, or donate the price of your ticket. If you have not received an email, please mail servicedesk@ticketteam.nl to arrange a refund or new reservation. Please include the order number, your name, and the email address through which the booking was made.
If you prefer to contact us by phone, call our service desk on 0252 70 75 88, Monday-Friday from 09.00 to 17.00, and at the weekend from 09.00 to 15.00.
